Rates/Tariffs
All tariffs are quoted in Australian Dollars.
Deposits & Full Payments
To secure the booking, a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount must be paid by credit card as per rates and bookings procedure set out in the automatic booking facility or if cheque/cash is the preferred method then as required by the proprietor but in any event no later than three days after the making of any reservation.
Carriageway accepts Visa, MasterCard and Debit Card through Eftpos, (there are no cash out facilities)
Payments made by direct deposit or cheque must be cleared funds through Carriageway’s bank before the booking is considered as a fully secured booking.
Cancellation & Refunds
All cancellations notified 14 days prior to arrival date may be applied to another date subject to conditions and availability.
In the event of any cancellation (for any reason) occurring within 14 days of the arrival date, the deposit amount paid will be forfeited, but may be refunded minus a $50.00 rebooking fee if the cancelled accommodation is subsequently re-sold to another guest at the same tariff rate and for the same period being cancelled.
Further, no shows or any cancellations notified within 2 days of the booked arrival date will forfeit the entire deposit paid and will incur a liability for the full amount of the booked reservation.
Minimum Night Bookings
Public holidays and special events will incur a minimum night stay.
Check In and Check Out Times
Check in time is….. 2.00pm on day of arrival
Check out time is…. 10am on day of departure
Checking In Outside Normal Reception Hours
Carriageway can accommodate check ins outside normal reception hours. Full payment of stay is required before check in and arrangements can be made by calling our office on +61 24992 1388.
Smoking
Carriageway does not allow smoking inside any of its properties.
Responsibilities
The person taking and accepting responsibility for the hire of the room/s houses is known as the hirer and agrees / accepts the following Terms and Conditions:
Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rooms/houses and accepts full responsibility and liability for any damage to property or personal injuries as a result of smoking inside.
Rooms/houses including furniture, fixtures and fittings are to be kept in the same condition and repair as found on check in.
Rooms/houses are to be left acceptably clean and tidy on check out.
The customer is responsible for any guest or member of his/hers or group and as such shall pay a replacement value or repair cost for any damage incurred by his/her guests during the period of stay.
Management of Carriageway will not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage of any personal belongings during the stay.
